AMELIA HILL | LMT, CPT, CYT

CEO and Founder of Hill Massage and Fitness LLC.

CEO and Founder of Outbound Fest.

Amelia is a big advocate of massage, fitness, and all things health. As a kid, she was always active outdoors with her family — sailing, diving, camping . . . The list goes on. In her early twenties, she found her love of yoga and became an instructor in 2016. She became a cycling instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach soon after. Amelia went back to school with an aim at physical therapy, but halfway through, decided that she could reach more of the community by combining massage and fitness to promote recovery and enhanced performance for pro athletes, recreational fitness enthusiasts, and weekend warriors. She attended school for massage therapy and founded Hill Massage and Fitness LLC — an elite sports massage clinic in Bentonville.

When she’s not with a client in the clinic or gym, you’ll probably find her on some sort of outdoor adventure or hitting the gym to pump some iron.  If she’s not doing something active, she’s probably downtown, networking, and throwing back a local beer with like-minded entrepreneurs who want to make NWA the best place to live. Regardless, she’s the life of the party — always ready to make meaningful connection while simultaneously having fun.

“When Carson, Dai and I initially collaborated, we were just envisioning a couple of small wellness workshops. But when the energetic vibes of our community truly set in, things grew — fast. Suddenly we had a concept for something much bigger. I’m stoked to bring our community an amazing, well-rounded health and wellness experience through the creation Outbound Fest — it’s going to be fun!”

CARSON COADY | CERTIFIED PRO MTB COACH AND GUIDE

In association with Ozark Bike Guides and Rogers Cycling Festival.

Sponsored athlete of Hill Massage and Fitness LLC and Rapid Hydration.

Carson’s a transplant but considers himself an NWA local, he’s lived here for almost 10 years. His love for Arkansas started long before that, spending a lot of time here growing up and as an adult before making the area home.

These days he calls Fayetteville “home-base”and you can catch him coaching, guiding and planning events all over NWA — most often the Bentonville area.

Carson has been riding bikes his entire life. He started on a BMX bike in the 90’s, fell in love with dirt bikes, and just kept branching out. He works with riders of all levels and specializes in truly meeting people at their level — finding the best solutions to elevate their discipline, ability, and overall confidence. Carson loves showcasing our world-class trail systems catering to individual style and preferences.

In his free time, you can catch him rock climbing, paddling, backpacking, skateboarding, long-boarding, riding his bike, relaxing in the music scene, planning adventures on his deck, and getting lost in the Ozarks with his dog Kwa’Kway.

Carson loves bringing adventurers together, and we’re extremely lucky to have him in NWA!

“I’m thrilled to be a part of Outbound Fest — bring a new kind of experience to NWA. Value in our health, what that means, and how we do it is growing — it’s truly amazing. Don’t worry, Outbound Fest is still sure to bring the ‘Ozark’ flavor that makes this area unique.”

DAI FLAKE | MSM, CYT

In association with Bitter Zen Racing and DORBA.

She received her Yoga Teacher Training in Kansas City, MO and founded Downtown Yoga in Joplin, MO. Dai was born in Vietnam, grew up in New Orleans, married military — her and her family travelled all over and lived in Japan and Hawaii. She is retired military and currently lives in Dallas, TX — frequenting NWA to mountain bike.
